Have you ever been in what seems like an never ending storm? Have you ever felt so alone in a room of darkness? I know many of us have. When darkness is all around, you have two choices, you can either choose to let it consume you or you can choose to dance! Dance like there is no tomorrow. Let your body be filled with the rhythms and let your finger tips release all of your troubles and worries. One of the greatest joys about dance is, that you can do it even when alone and the more you dance, the more you feel free. You may even be lucky enough to lose the mindset that put you in the darkness in the first place.
